I. Drawing up a title

1  Which is the most essential step(the title should be striking)

2 The title should include major points of its content

II. Applying first few words to interpret the title

1 Having a basic explanation of the key words in the title

2 The narrative should highlight the topic

3 The narrative should produce a subjective relevance with the reader

III. Polishing the composition

1 Altering the vocabulary

a Selecting the main verbs in the sentence, finding their synonyms, from which choosing more elegant one to replace the commonly used one

b To improve the level of the composition, the rarely used words(also can be with a brief explanation ) but having exact meaning should be found in the composition

c  The choice of words should go beyond 1500 basic ,commonly used words

d Correct information(facts and data) concerning the words could be found in the world situation

e Try to minimize the use of verb “be”(i.e. am, is, are, etc.) as far as possible and look up their synonyms in Dictionary.com to substitute for them

2 The usage of the words(check their proper use)

a Generally– search in Google( use quotation mark“”), Youdao dictionary,  or Dictonary.com

b Church life English– search in www.ministrybooks.org

3 Using adverbs to stress the expression

(e.g. I am very very happy → exceedingly joyful ; rapid→ tremendously rapid)

4 Changing the means of expression

a Changing the declarative sentence into an implicit classical one(e.g. To make money→to seek fortune )

b deliberating first the expression with the more classical Chinese to replace the commonly used declarative sentence

5 Professionalized expression

Using the professionalized means to express based on the fact(e.g. coffee in 85 Celsius, not merely hot coffee )

IV. Correcting mistakes

1 Word spelling–If the mistakes happen in the article of the Microsoft Word , a red squiggly line will appear under the word with wrong spelling , then press the right key to understand and correct the mistakes.

2 Errors in grammar

a A simple correction – If the errors happen in the article of the Microsoft Word, a green wave line will come out under the sentence with incorrect grammar, then press the right key to understand and correct the mistakes.

b Grammar learning needs to be strengthened everyday in order to increase the degree of grammar
