The Tabernacle given to Moses in the wilderness was more than a place of worship—it was a powerful picture of God’s plan of salvation. Every part of the Tabernacle points to deeper spiritual truths. The Brazen Altar represents the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for our sins, the Laver symbolizes cleansing and spiritual purification, and the Holy Place reveals the light of God’s Word and the power of prayer.
At the center is the Most Holy Place, where the Ark of the Covenant represents God’s presence and His covenant with His people. This shows that through Christ, believers can move from the outer court of justification into a deeper relationship with God.
The Tabernacle teaches that salvation is a journey—from sacrifice, to cleansing, to fellowship with God’s presence. Through Jesus Christ, we are invited to come closer to God and experience His mercy, truth, and glory.
