1. Integrins on the cell surface are constitutively inactive (with low affinity for ligands which are outside the cells), in the bent conformation with heads facing to the plasma membrane — just like the woman in Luke 13, who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent double and could not stand erect at all (this signifies a person is bent toward the satanic world only and unable to stand erect to look into the heavens.)
2. When the cell is activated from outside, the integrin molecule goes through a conformational change from the bent to the extended state with two separated legs. Now this molecule has high affinity for ligand. A person must also be vitalized by divine calling so that he/she can stand erect with mouth/heart wide open towards heavens.
3. When the integrin binds ligand, it is stabilized in the extended conformation. Only when the person is connected to the divine source, he is stabilized because of the divine supply.
4. At this state the integrin will recruit 3-5 integirn molecules, forming the “micro-clustering”. Then the whole cell is activated for specific functions. Once a person is vitalized, 3-5 persons will be joined/grouped together, forming cluster or vital group. Then this group will have impact and be functional.
