## 一、操练人灵：成圣机制的“开关”
– 不靠意志修养，乃是“操练灵”
他一再强调：“成圣的路不在于操练魂（修养、分析、意志硬撑），
– 时时转向灵里的主：在各种环境中里头呼“主耶稣”，
– 用灵祷告：照弗六18“在灵里多方祷告”，不单分析问题，
– 实操要点
– 留意自己是“在魂里反应”，还是“在灵里祷告”；
– 每逢争辩、担忧、情绪波动时，立即停下来呼求主名、简短祷告，
## 二、借话祷读：让真理成为成圣的“生命供应”
– “祷读主话”（pray‑reading）
他把祷读看成“吸入神圣元素”的主要方式：
– 不是只读经作研究，而是“边读边祷、用经文祷告”；
– 如：读到“你们要圣别”，就祷告：“主，你是圣别的，
– 目的与果效
– 话成了“灵与生命”，在灵里作工，成为成圣的“代谢性营养”；
– 长期祷读，心思被话更新，爱好、判断也被圣别，这是他讲“
## 三、呼求主名、随时小祷：日用的属灵呼吸
– “呼求主名”作为日常操练
他引用“凡呼求主名的，就必得救”，扩展到日常灵命：
– 不只聚会时呼求，乃是开车、行路、工作中，都可轻声或在里面呼“
– 这是让灵常被点活，使那灵有机会在里面运行、圣别我们的一种“
– 与成圣的关联
– 越常呼求，灵越活，情欲、忧虑、脾气就越难在里面占上风；
– 他认为这不是情绪技巧，而是真正让“赐生命的灵”扩展、
## 四、活在召会生活里：在身体中被圣别
– 召会生活作为成圣“环境机制”
他一再说，新约成圣不是隐修，而是在召会生活中发生：
– 与呼求主名、祷读、交通的圣徒在一起，彼此“感染圣别的气氛”；
– 在配搭中暴露自己的天然、个性、己，借着彼此调整与十字架对付，
– 实践建议
– 规律参加聚会（主日、家聚、祷告聚会、小排）；
– 在聚会中多祷告、多灵里说话，而不是作旁观者；
– 接受身体的感觉与同伴的劝戒，把“被光照、被调整”
## 五、在环境与十字架下学习顺服：让“代谢”实际运作
– 把环境看作成圣“实验室”
他教导：
– 作难、误会、失败、疾病、经济压力，都可成为神圣别我们的工具；
– 神借这些拆毁我们的天然性情、骄傲、自信，同时在里面加多基督。
– 实际操练
– 面对难处，先不要急着埋怨或用魂的办法解决，先转向主问：“主，
– 学习“不解释、不自辩、不报复”，而是默然转向主、顺服祂的手，
