### 结语：2020 年后中国家庭教会规模变动与地方教会的相对位置
自二十一世纪初以来，中国家庭教会整体经历了一个由“高速扩张”进入“整合与收缩”的转折，而 2020 年之后的疫情与宗教高压政策，进一步强化了这一趋势。就整体比例而言，基于全国性抽样调查的综合分析显示，中国成年人口中自我认同为基督徒的比例在 2010 年前后即已趋于平台，大致维持在约 2% 左右，未再延续此前数十年的快速上升；2021 年更新数据甚至呈现出跌至约 1% 的迹象，意味着至少在“公开自报宗教身份”的层面，基督徒群体（其中家庭教会为主体）已从增长期进入停滞乃至轻微收缩阶段。 在此大背景下，2020 年以来的疫情防控与宗教“常态化管理”，使得大量原本已具相当规模的城市家庭教会被迫解散、拆分或转入地下，以致“可见的堂会规模”显著缩减，而整体家庭教会则呈现出“小型化、去堂会化与再家聚会化”的结构性转向。
这一转向首先与国家宗教政策的收紧直接相关。自 2018 年新《宗教事务条例》实施以来，针对未登记家庭教会的查封场地、罚款房东、拘捕牧者与核心同工等做法，已在多个省市形成持续惯例；2020 年之后，疫情治理成为进一步限制聚会的便利法律与行政工具，许多城市中型以上家庭教会在防疫名义下被勒令停聚，其场地租约不获续签，部分教会领袖遭到以“非法聚会”“扰乱社会秩序”等罪名的刑事追诉。 由此造成的直接结果，是大堂会模式的“外在蒸发”：大量原本数百人规模的聚会，被迫拆散为若干十人左右的小组，或仅保留线上与非正式相聚；边缘信徒在高压与不确定中流失者亦不在少数。 而在农村与城郊地区，长期依赖大规模奋兴会、联合聚会的网络，也因跨村流动受限与安全风险升高，而不得不回到较为封闭的家庭祷告会与小组形式。
然而，规模收缩并不等同于信仰传统的衰亡。对地方教会——尤其是以倪柝声／李常受“地方召会”与“主恢复”为代表的一系而言，其在整体家庭教会版图中的绝对人数，本来就远逊于广义福音派与灵恩派网络。有研究引述地方召会向美国国会提交的估计，认为中国境内“欣赏此职事”的信徒大约为两百万，分布于“数以千计的地方召会”之中；即便这一数字可能偏保守，整体上也只是数千万家庭教会信徒中的一小部分。 然而，相较许多高度“堂会化、品牌化”的城市家庭教会，主恢复地方召会在组织结构上早已高度小组化、家聚会化，其教会生活重心并不依赖大型公开聚会场所，而是围绕家聚会、小排与申言聚会等多点结构展开。因此，在后 2020 年的高压环境下，虽然地方召会同样面临会所使用受限、训练活动受监控等压力，其基本聚会生态却比以大型会堂、公开讲坛为中心的城市堂会更具适应性，较易在“再家聚会化”的整体趋势中维持某种相对稳定。
更重要的是，所谓“地方教会”在中国家庭教会中的重要性，并不只在于狭义主恢复体系的组织规模，而在于广义倪柝声传统对华人教会灵修与教会观的长期渗透。已有研究指出，倪柝声的人观、属灵神学与“小群”教会实践，自二十世纪中期起便深刻塑造了中国新教的属灵想象：三元人论、属灵人与属魂人的区分、地方召会与小群聚会的强烈意识，早已透过文献、口述传统及跨团队流动，在许多并不自认“主恢复”的家庭教会中留下明显印记。 在 2020 年后的高压环境中，教会再次被迫从较为“制度化、堂会化”的形态退回家庭与小群体，反而使这套“小型、生命导向、受苦神学浓厚”的属灵资源再次显示其“生存优势”。从这一意义上说，即便狭义地方召会在人数上与其他家庭教会相比仍属少数，其在语汇层面的影响与在结构适应性上的示范，却可能使其在“整合与收缩期”的中国家庭教会谱系中，继续占据一个不容忽视的参照位置。
综上所述，可以作出这样一个谨慎的综合判断：2020 年以后，中国家庭教会整体从外在扩张转入规模整合与结构碎片化，整体人数不再高速增长，公开聚会规模显著缩小；地方教会（狭义主恢复）作为其中的一支，同样面临场所限制与活动空间收缩，但凭借原有的家聚会与小组化结构，在适应高压环境方面显示出相对韧性；而在广义层面，倪柝声“地方教会”传统仍在众多非主恢复家庭教会中提供灵修与教会论资源，使“地方教会”的位置更多体现在神学语汇和属灵想象的深层影响，而非可统计的可见人数占比。
